The ground rules for using Needle.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Needle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Using the service
You may use Needle only in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you connect to Needle. We process it solely to provide the service and never sell it. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and handled.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, disrupting its operation, or using it to violate the rights of others.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the terms agreed at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
