About the Role
We are looking for a senior software engineer to help build and scale the platform behind our autonomous revenue agents. You will work across agent orchestration, the integrations that connect Needle to a team’s CRM, email, calendar, and chat, and the product surfaces sales teams use every day — shipping user-facing features end to end.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Hands-on experience with frontier models, agentic systems, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG).
- Expert in TypeScript and Python.
- Experience with Next.js or modern React frameworks is a plus.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and a proven track record of performance-oriented design.
- Extensive experience with cloud providers such as GCP, AWS, or Azure and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Track record of leading and shipping projects in production.

We are looking for a high-ownership generalist to work directly with the founders across everything that moves the company forward — go-to-market, operations, hiring, customer success, and strategy. You will own ambiguous problems end to end, turn them into shippable processes, and step in wherever you are needed most as we scale.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced startup, consulting, venture, or operating role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven mindset.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive projects from zero to one with little oversight.
- A genuine interest in AI, sales, and how modern revenue teams work.
- Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
