Each query is processed against your Gmail data, and the results include direct links back to the original emails, making verification simple and immediate.

How It Works

1. Creating a Collection: Start by establishing a dedicated collection in Needle where your emails will be organized. This collection serves as a central repository for all your important messages.

2. Connecting Your Gmail Account: Add Gmail as a connector within Needle. You can precisely control which emails get synced by selecting filters such as:

   • Emails from the last 30 days
   • Starred or important emails
   • Archived emails
   • Filter by sender name or subject keywords

3. Scheduling Updates: Configure your connector by naming it, selecting your target collection, and setting an update schedule… perhaps every morning at 8 AM (Berlin time). This ensures your email data remains current and searchable.

4. Using Advanced Search: Once your emails are synced and indexed, simply use Needle's intuitive chat interface to ask questions about your inbox.
